I took both my 1yr old and 2yr old to this salon. Erin cut their hair and she was wonderful she smiled and talked to my children as they sat reasonably still while she cut there hair for the first time. She then took the time braided their hair. I have never received service like this. I will be back

After previous bad experiences at various salons I was so happy to find wasabi, being hesitant to try a new hair dresser, I was completely amazed at how comfortable and understanding staff were, made the experience such a breeze and I haven't looked back since! Honestly recommend this salon %100, always incredibly happy with the end result of my hair and the service provided from staff is amazing! I personally have Erin and can vouch that she will do an excellent job!

What an anwul experience! Expensive yet rude and rough hair styling services! When I walked into the shop with my two big heavy Zara shopping bags, no customer in the shop, the only customer was paying at the counter. Seating was slow, greeting was unfriendly, my hair had twisted hard and rough during hair washing and drying, rough combing which I was pulled along with the rotating chair when she combed my hair, unprofessional hair styling skills, unfriendly surface communication, no hair thermal proctection product used on hair before blowing, the short bob hair style is terrible which is unable to shape in bob nicely when you blown and styling it, no hair protection product used on hair after cutting but only with hair styling spray (only use when she asked and I said yes). All these services cost AUD60, that only for cutting away 3 inches long hair and for a dumb look Short bob hair style. I had got a professional hairstylist in Melbourne CBD for cutting away my 8 inches long hair to a modern fashionable short bob hair with all the friendly, professional and tender services provided together with all hair protection and shaping products being used on every single process, with only AUD53. Definitely will not visit anymore, just wasting my time and money for nothing, again, I have to return to Melbourne CBD to cut my hair, costing me double!
