Last time I got my nails done I asked for the tips to be a different colour and I wasn’t advised that that was an extra $30 when I went yo pay for my nails it was $82 I nearly died. Always do a great job and are very efficient. They don’t allow a high amount of walk ins or appointments, so each time I go it is under an hour for my appointment.

As a guy it’s difficult walking into these places, the girls are amazing they do  a simple manicure for me, always smiling, always happy and the most important aspect is their salon is spotless 10/10 for cleanliness. So refreshing.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Love all of the ladies here! I get my nails and waxing done here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable and availability is good. They are all very kind and accommodating and love that they make an effort to know you by name. Nail work is very precise and gorgeous whoever you get.

I made a booking 4 months prior to my wedding date via email. The booking was for 6pm the Friday before my wedding. The booking was confirmed for 8 of my nearest & dearest but they required 50% deposit. I emailed a list of what I thought each person would be doing but said I would need to confirm a little closer. Two weeks prior to wedding I emailed to confirm that we still would like to go ahead with booking but unsure what everyone was going to get done as some of my relatives were coming from USA and interstate. The week before our group booking my friend and I booked to have our spa pedi’s and thought it would be a good time to discuss the group booking. I still did not know who was getting what. They did not want to keep the booking for us even though we had shown interest since August! To cut a long story short, we cancelled our booking and took our business elsewhere. Everything was too hard and they made my friend and I feel like we were   being pains in their backside. We took the group booking elsewhere and do not regret it one bit! Never going back there again and neither are any of my friends. We have found a nail salon who appreciates our business and who’s work is of excellent standard and reasonable pricing. Do not waste your time here!

Horrible service. Felt rushed and like they just wanted to get you out the door. They do not care for customer service just money. I was charged extra for my nails to be coffin shaped, where I have never been charged extra for the shape of my nails and have been getting them done for years. I was also charged extra for using a different colour on 4 of my fingers, where once again I have never been charged extra for in all my years getting my nails done. The price obviously ended up being more than what was initially stated. If you are looking for a good place to get your nails done, I highly recommend enchante nails in mordialloc. Felt pampered the whole time, and the lady went out of her way to ensure I left happy with my nails.

Miss Urban Nails is fantastic!!! Couldn't speak more highly of this place. I took my nan for her first time, they looked after her so well. Lee is absolutely amazing and such a kind hearted person, always making sure she was having a good time. This place is clean and by far the best I have ever been. I'll be a regular customer now
