Treating myself to a Manicure, Pedicure & Eye Brow Wax here was rather disappointing. I had to instruct the eye brow therapist to remove hair that should have been removed without me needing to ask & keep asking & explaining. I then had my manicure & pedicure to find what they call a standard manicure does not include nail trimming, hand or foot rubs, Creams or soaks. I may as well have gone elsewhere & just got my nails painted because that was all I recieved here & wasted a chunk of money for nothing.. I won't be back after the rudeness when I asked why I didn't recieve these & the rude response was this is a standard manicure & pedicure that i paid for but they did not say these weren't included on the phone before booking them in. To me these are a standard manicure & pedicure, simple... oh & on top of this the nail polish was applied further up the nail meaning after one week they started to look silly. This photo was longer however.

Jaru has a quiet, pleasant manner, thereby creating a pleasant atmosphere for a massage. Her strong hands are capable of a therapeutic massage with particular excellent attention to legs and feet, hands and arms as well as the general back area. She is very obliging so if you desire a gentle, relaxing massage just ask.

This centre was fabulous…so relaxing. They made a spot for me to have my treatments on a Saturday morning, when the fancy schmancy Deep Blue Resort where I was staying couldn’t be bothered. The technician I had was awesome. Heaps of product knowledge and just an all round happy person. The young lady on reception was fantastic, checking out ingredients on products for me, due to my allergies. 200% I will come here again next time I’m in Warrnambool. Definately recommend this gorgeous and tranquil centre to everyone male & female

David is a great masseur. He helped me out when I had a very bad neck and shoulder problem. I highly recommend him!

The remedial massage I had with Gigi was excellent. I have ongoing back issues and have seen many massage therapists and osteos over the years, and Gigi was highly skilled. I would recommend for anybody to go and see her for a treatment

I have frequented this business many time and highly recommend Lisa for remedial massages and Tory for relaxation massages. Each room has a lovely relaxing feel to it and the staff make you feel at ease. Super happy each time I have been here and highly recommend it.

I get a spinal balance and massage from here. I thoroughly recommend them. I have gone in having hurt my lower back,and not being able to walk upright. Had the spinal balance and a massage and walked out upright and feeling much better.

Had a massage here about six months ago and frankly it was incredibly average. Have since been to a Thai massage place on Liebig Street a few times and it was both cheaper and of much higher quality.
