15.2.18 Have just walked out after 3 bours, after only booking 2 hours before, wanting a full head of foils. ( or an alternative). And what a transformation to myself. Laura was an absolute GEM, and came up with a fantastic look. I am fussy with my hair, and I put all my faith in Laura, and she has given me, my faith back in hairdressers.. Will be back.... I live in Melbourne and after many bad experiences i wait till i come visit family for a haircut. All the staff ive had have been great, super friendly, great haircuts. We also came as a grooms party once, very accommodating.

Went in to get a men’s cut and was told the barber wasn’t confident enough to cut “ladies hair” and I would have to get my hair cut on the women’s side. I just wanted short back and sides so how is a hairdresser on the women’s side supposed to be confident enough to do a men’s cut when the barber isn’t? Here’s an idea: stop using gender stereotypes and let a female get a men’s haircut

First time in ages that I have been to a barber and got the full treatment for my shave. Preshave, hot towel, cream, cold towel, aftershave. High attention to detail. Will be back next time I am in town.
