I’m quite anxious when it comes to visiting a dentist, but Dr Caitlin Crowley made me feel completely at ease. She was kind, caring and understanding with my previous dental experiences and was extremely through with discussing my dental issues. She was gentle and explained what she was doing, gave me plenty of breaks and was very reassuring. But apart from all the amazing things mentioned, she did an amazing job and I’m extremely satisfied with the work done. My very first check and clean without being numbed up first. Thank you Caitlin, will see you in 6 months. Would highly recommend
At Wanniassa Dental Surgery, I am very grateful for the clinical care provided by Dr David Trigger. Dr Trigger is patient and kind and he is truly a professional. The practice ambience is superb, as you enter the practice you feel comfortable and at ease - lots of light and very clean. The staff at the reception are very welcoming. Fantastic staff and an exceptional Dentist. Instead of offering me an expensive alternative to rectify the issues with my teeth, I was offered a different treatment plan that was affordable, effective and provided the same outcome. Refreshing to attend a dental surgery that have the needs of the patient first and foremost and not selling expensive procedures.
Fantastic team at WDS. We travel 2+ hours- have done so for nearly 10 yrs - to get the best advice and treatment. And it’s always with a friendly smile even when we turn up a month early for our appt on the day the surgery was closed for training. Thank you Paul Narracott
I have had ongoing issues with a tooth which couldn't be fixed by my regular dentist despite her best efforts. I was suffering for many months and decided to get a second opinion at Wanniassa Dental Surgery. I'm so relieved. Their staff were fantastic and the dentist I saw has years of experience which really showed when discussing the issue. The equipment they use gave him an accurate picture of what the problem was without having to guess. I now have a solution to get me back to worrying about other things other than my teeth!
A semi-emergency, treated the very next day by the most professional team of David, Janelle, and Kathleen. You could hardly ask for better service -- which is one of the reasons why I've been going to this dental practice for the 16 years I've been in Canberra, and why I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The surgery is friendly welcoming and sensitive to any issues such as fear. The staff are efficient and professional. My family have been patients for many years and would not consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend WDS.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental work! Saritha is simply amazing…. She is patient, kind and understanding and most of all, incredibly good at helping keep things relaxed and stress free!
Great dentists here. Good staff, easy to get to, close by parking. Not too expensive.
