Poor delivery standard. Our laptop computer was left on the rubbish bin waiting for the rubbish collection on the street. It was left under the direct sun for a long time and it could have been thrown in to the rubbish collection truck. We were home but the driver didn't even come to the door. They should deliver items to the door before they leave it somewhere and they should Never leave the item on the rubbish bin on the street.
Whenever I need something it is an experience of easy understanding and a lot of enthusiasm. I just have to say thank you to the entire Courier Post network for simply being the best.
Unfriendly, boardering on rude communication that basically made me turn around and leave the store!
Having the post shop inside another shop is a disaster. Queues are always long and there is no space. Plus they are no longer open on Saturday mornings. NZ Post - you are a disgrace!
