Clare was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, even emailing me after I left the store to inform me I had left some important documents behind. I very highly recommend using this branch.

Every time I go to BNZ it says online it’s open yet outside they have a sign that says 12:30-1:35 they will be closed which even after that it’s not open. Very disappointed.

Best Bank in the Lakes District. Great Service Always.

Makes it very difficult to operate a business in this town when the bank is closed so often. I would not recommend if you are planning on using Bnz for business
