I visited the store during a busy time and was treated by friendly staff who were able to attend to my urgent enquiry in the brief time I had and I was able to leave with exactly what I was after!

Oh my, avoid like the plague. I had my watch in with them for over a month, as it took 3 trips and 3 separate staff members before they could clearly explain their quote, which looked like I was going to be charged the basic service components, twice, should I book the more complete service. Anyway, I finally got a clear description and paid for the basic service over 3 weeks ago. I got a message saying that due date for return to me was 1 week ago, but when I followed up a week ago, they said they were still waiting for the seal kit from Sydney. I followed 2 days later, they still didn't know when, but would call the workshop and get an updated and call me back. They didn't call me back. I went in that day and the staff member in question denied that she told me clearly that she would find out and call me back. I did this again yesterday, and was told they'd call me back. Nothing heard this morning so I called, they were still talking about an unknown date days away, so I asked for my Tag Heuer to be returned to me and the charges refunded as the work was not done. They said that would take a day. I offered to drive to their workshop and pick it up, as I had had enough of their incompetence and broken promises. I picked up the watch, and then attended the shop this evening to present the credit card to ensure the refund was finalised. less than an hour after the refund, I received a text saying that my watch (which was now in my possession), would be completed its service and ready for pickup in 2 days. Yet another illustration that they don't know what they are doing. I was please to hear that LVMH had taken away Wallace Bishop's dealership of Tag Heuer. In about a week, I was able to get a new pair of Tag Heuer glasses made by bupa optical, who displayed all the service attributes befitting of a premium brand like Tag Heuer.

Selling cheap knock offs as pandora and when confronted they would not refund. Poor customer service !!
