Waipuna was the only place we viewed when looking for our dream wedding venue, we didn't need to look anywhere else. Waipuna ticked all our relaxed vibe boxes, being able to pick and bring all our own vendors and not being restricted by a sit down meal. But it wasn't until a few months out that they really pulled put all the stops. Sarah was nothing but kind and attentive, answering all my questions, helping us organise and coordinate and even set up on the day. Then Fiona was just an absolute star - she handled our day amazingly, caring for family, keeping us informed and bringing countless laughs. All the team we're incredible and I'm so glad we chose Waipuna for our wedding - thank you so much

We couldn’t fault Waipuna, the PERFECT wedding venue. We got married in February this year and are still buzzing two months post wedding!  Sarah and her team are so amazing and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. We felt so looked after and spoilt throughout the entire process, Sarah makes everything so easy and nothing is ever a problem - she is such a gorgeous human. Her team are just as gorgeous and are so accomodating, professional and FUN!  The venue itself is just lovely, you have everything you need all on site. The views are stunning, the accommodation is perfect and the photo opportunities are just a walk up the hill which means you don’t have to leave your guests for long!  You can pick your own vendors and just have so much flexibility with how to make it your day!  We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us make our day so incredible. Thanks to Sarah and her team for making our two days at Waipuna so special. Our daughter’s wedding went so smoothly from our arrival to sending off our happy guests at the end of the night. In between just being fantastic support people so our special day went stress free. In house accommodation was an absolute godsend. Highly recommend, five stars

When you walk into Waipuna it is such an experience. The whole time communication with Sarah was clear and easy. Everything was organised for us and the process was so seamless. There was so many benefits to our wedding weekend at Waipuna but our favourite part was meeting the amazing team. Every single one of the Waipuna team made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond for my family, husband and I. Thank you for all you guys done for us! I cannot recommend Waipuna enough.

We got married 8 weeks ago at Waipuna. We only ever looked at 1 venue in person and we knew straight away it was meant to be. We had made the difficult decision to postpone and Sarah was understanding and accommodating and never made any question or email feel like a burden. Every single guest still talks about how perfect the venue was. Sarah and the team made our dream day even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Everything about Waipuna is incredible! Our wedding here was made even more special because of the staff, facilities, and location! The staff are friendly, professional and approachable, and nothing’s too hard to organise! Sarah, Fiona, and the rest of the team are a complete asset and add value with everything they do! The location is easy enough to get to, while feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere. And what an amazing outlook over the Canterbury plains! The facilities are top notch and were the perfect setting for our wedding! We can’t thank you enough for making our day as special as it deserved to be!

A beautiful venue with a lovely, calming feel. We thoroughly enjoyed having our event here, as did all of our guests! Such a peaceful, relaxing place. Loved it! The staff were brilliant too! Katrin Lilla, the Florist, is AMAZING! What a beautiful job she did with the flowers!! The house was clean, beautifully presented and everything we could have hoped for. We would definitely recommend!

I operate a cake shop that delivers wedding cakes and desserts to Waipuna and we love delivering here! The staff are all so wonderful, our customers only have things to say about them. My personal favourite part is when we deliver we get to see the spectacular views! An amazing team doing an outstanding job

Sarah, where do I begin?! You’re fri*^n amazing! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything you did to help me and Tom achieve our dream wedding! Waipuna Estate was the first location we looked at, and it was love at first sight ha ha. I joked to our friends and family that you were our wedding planner, because honestly you did so much for us and you made the whole process of planning a wedding stress free and enjoyable. I was so needy, sending numerous emails and you were always so quick to reply, never bothered. My family were amazed with how attentive and involved you were in making sure the day would go smoothly.
