Centrally located hotel with a decent bar, very comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff. It may be missing a few things - a gym/pool would be nice - but the quality of the rooms and service make up for this. The folk on the desk and behind the bar couldn't have been more helpful. Some decent wines available by the glass, and their happy hour is good for a hotel. Centrally located, within five minutes of most of central Dunedin
The room we stayed in had too much furniture felt cramped. Beautifully decorated and bed was extremely comfortable great size for such a small area.nEach member of staff were absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful.nWill definitely return.
Family had a great stay. We had multiple bookings but the hotel sorted us out on arrival rearranging things so we could have connecting rooms. Really appreciate that effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Kids loved having their breakfast sent up to the room small extra fee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The hotel and rooms were beautiful.
This is where we stay when we come through Dunedin. We stayed here on Thursday 21st May, while heading further down south. On our arrival we where helped with all our bags and greeted with a Huge smile and small welcoming chatter. A free cold tea was offered to both of us. To our surprise we got updated from a king studio to the junior suite. Very nice and thanks to the team there. Check out was just as easy with valet carparking at an additional cost but worth it. Central city location. Highly recommend and we will be back.
What started as a dodgy interaction with central reservations turned out to be a wonderful stay all due to Ramano. I decided to give this hotel a 2nd chance after the reservations desk in Christchurch was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called the venue direct and spoke with Ramano who was helpful, honest and sorted our reservation perfectly. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant, beautiful included breakfast and the lady who checked us in was very helpful & informative. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the functions and features we required including wireless phone charging next the bed. My tip, call the hotel direct rather than go through central reservations.
