Super fast and friendly service in an intimate setting! Most of the dishes we ordered were decent but wouldn't say they stood out compared to what we had in the past! The best dishes would be Eel sushi, squid and seaweed salad. The price is definitely more for atmosphere and service rather than the food in my opinion. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian menu is available
The entrance to this restaurant is on the ground floor although the entire restaurant is on the next level up. When you walk through the main reception area, there is a small lobby / waiting area with chairs and a coffee table. The restaurant is spotless and immaculate with a strong Japanese-themed ambience. You can even book private function rooms with a Japanese-style table and wood floor seats. The food was a little bit of a let down with nothing really jumping out at me that I would say is extraordinary. This restaurant was previously a favourite restaurant of mine as the food quality was great. Service was good but we had issues with the VIP room wheree the air-conditioning was either too cold or not turned at all. When we pressed the buzzer, it took a while for a waiter or waitress to pop their heads into our room to enquire what we wanted. Parking is generally plentiful as there are many street parking options.
The great Japanese cuisine is here, large portion, remarkable taste, and inexpensive. A lot of choices for food and drink. Very fast service for dinning in or takeaway. We'll be back again soon
Good and convenient setting. Touchscreen ordering with pictures and explanation on what comes in each option of the menu. The atmosphere is private and intimate with warm-low-intensity-light on each table which is helpful to see each other and what’s being delivered. Good good options and impeccable presentation of the dishes My opinion. Also average pricing.
The Spicy Chicken Karaage is the best I have ever come across. Perfectly crispy yet incredibly moist - you haven't had better I can assure you of that. The quality of the sashimi is exceptional and consistent. Can get a bit noisy when busy. Service is great and the interactive menu screen to order is great for the setting. It allows you to order a few things, eat and drink and then order some more. Great for eating out with friends and family.
I loved the set up of this restaurant with lots of wooden booths and a super convenient electronic ordering system. There was a good selection of vegan sushi items and to share I got the baby avocado roll, vegetable sushi roll, vegetable gyoza and inari sushi. It would be great to have a vegan ramen or noodle option aswell. The vegetable gyoza was the best I have ever had! It was very fresh and flavourful and the onions on top were a nice touch. I found this restaurant hard to locate on google maps. It is located upstairs and the entrance is located off of Duncan St.
Loved the ambiance. It feels like you're in Japan. Private booths, order from a screen, orders arrive promptly, staff is friendly and efficient. We only got sushi and it tasted great! Vegetarian options: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available
Love it here. Have visited for work lunch, dinner dates, family meals and Christmas events. It's been amazing every time. Great food, super fast, perfect portions and a really fun experience. Cocktails are ok, I'd go elsewhere for those but the plum wine is a winner. Love the little private booths and the larger group rooms are fun to try too.
Good old restaurant to go to when we are visiting the valley. We loved their meals and drinks. Their staff were friendly and helpful.
Fun evening of delicious food and cocktails. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering from the tablet is a very easy and seamless way of organising food. The restaurant decor was pretty and the booth seating is fantastic.
