Loved the authentic Japanese atmosphere of this place and special appreciation for the robot waitress! A true Japanese sushi place with modern styling and decor. Staff were welcoming! The only thing that let this place down was the food. The fish was fresh and delightful but the rice was very dry. I tried an array of different dishes to see if it improved but it remained relatively tasteless. A little disappointing because prices were exceptionally high for sushi. I loved the atmosphere, it was quite private in your booth - a perfect place for a date or catchup. Would come back! Vegetarian options: Plenty of options on the menu.
Impressive restaurant, food was delicious and the menu has a lot of different Japanese options. I love the robot that serves your food, it is a great attraction and it’s fun to see it roam the restaurant delivering food. Staff are all friendly and really effective. Great experience and I hope to be back soon!!
Impressive Japanese themed restaurant from top to bottom. Excellent friendly helpful and service with a smile. Large array selection of authentic Japanese dishes as well as beverages. We had three Octopus sashimi and examined for entree. The Octopus tentacle sashimi had that beautiful smoky flavour was tender and beautifully seasoned. It was a delight to eat. I've never eaten Octopus before. Then we had the salmon Bento box and wagyu Bento box . Huge servings, great food presentation, fresh ingredients, full of flavours. Always a first robot driven that delivers your food to your table. Overall, I had an excellent dining experience at this wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended Would definitely come back.
So much fun! The cat robot that serves you totally makes the experience unique. Prices are reasonable and service was good. Was a little disappointed with the Wagyu dish because Japanese restaurants usually do that so well but everything else was delicious. Bit of a walk to the toilets if you need them but that is out of the restaurant’s hands I guess. Definitely would recommend :
They have lifted their game recently. The prices, quality and service, they match up. The waiters, Dan and another one he maybe a supervisor or a manager?, they recognise you if you return. A great feeling!!! Check out my videos, great sake selection. Sushi for me is fantastic against $! Taste, size and flavour will make you forget how much you are paying for. I ordered a vego noodle soup without noodles. They gave me extra veges and tofu. 4 stars for food because of some tapas+dim sim food. Many of them are pre-made frozen food. Over all, I'm still hungry for more. Vegetarian options: Plenty Kid-friendliness: Yes. Just choose from the menu. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground floor restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They'll cater.
Wonderful traditional Japanese cuisine accompanied by excellent service. All our meals were well presented, tasty and fresh. The quantity and price was excellent. There will be a next time and you should definitely try it too. 29/04/23 Return visit and it was again a pleasure to dine here. My go to Japanese Restaurant in Brisbane.
Love this place. Come for the lunch specials. It's nice to be served by Japanese people and get dishes that are closely reminded to Japan's quality.Food: 5/5
The food is exactly what you expect and I like that. Regarding their service, THAT IS SERVICE, I was seated promptly, given water to my table immediately, I got asked if everything is to my liking, I had forgotten what good table service was like so, it was very refreshing and much appreciated. My dislike with the place is that it's just a bit dark
Hubby and I headed out for a quick dinner this week to Ginga. Service is excellent - friendly and prompt except our waiter forgot our drinks for a bit there, I think. He also forgot one of our sushi rolls, but they ended up giving it to us for free, so we were very happy with that. We enjoyed vegetable spring rolls, various sushi rolls, chicken and chive dumplings and tempura veg. The tempura was fabulous - crunchy outside, tender inside. Sushi and dumplings are sushi and dumplings. What can I say? They were fine, they were tasty, they were filling. I did think the nori wrappings should have been a wee bit fresher on the rolls. Perhaps they weren't made on ordering? All up, a pleasant meal with great service. Covid-safe. Details taken each time we have been there. Sanitiser available.
I always come here and it never disappoints. Spring rolls are always fresh and the rolls never let me down in regards to taste. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere
