I would not trust Hannah's credibility at all. Her website has a fixed fee for conveyancing of $500, however when I called her up she said that the fee wasn't updated and that she charges $650 but can do it for $600. After chatting her for a little bit more she did end up agreeing to the $500 that was on her website. She spoke to both myself and my father and confirm the amount with both of us. After 2 weeks from our initial conversation, as we were trying to get paperwork sorted, she then went back to her offer of $600 and advised that she NEVER quoted us $500 at all! Her dishonesty gave me great concerns and we ended up going with someone else!
