One star is being generous. CSR has no clue about customer relations, the whole of Tekuiti and surrounding districts knows this lady has attitude problems,very rude very abrupt then turns into a snowflake when treated the same way. Beware.

Awesome service, staff there are excellent
The lady on the desk is really rude and has probably some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced, she makes you feel very uncomfortable and un important. Not impressed at all. She’s lucky my partner stopped me from confronting her about her horrible manners.

Day off work to renew licences and apparently only one person can do the licenses in TK and thèy are away for thè day
Testing staff could not complete wof due to gear in van but did not inform me of this before the start when it was obvious to him as soon as he got in to move it forward. I'm not concerned about it failing just the rip off due to the guy not communicating. I would have re booked it for later had I known.
Great staff and service...special thanks to Rachel in the office.
