Staff were really friendly. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The lovely lady knew exactly what I needed and fixed it for me .
Beautiful staff went out of their way to help. Searched through all parts trying to see if they had what we needed, if they can't find it they will order in and let you know when it arrives.
Very helpful staff, bought what we needed at the right price.
Says they are open 7 days a week and can’t even be open at lunch time on a Saturday bloody useless
Your normal repco products etc , but the knowledgeable friendly staff make all the difference
WORST REPCO STORE IN THE COUTRY! Placed my order 19 June. Been mucked around by this store for 2+ weeks as they could not fulfill the order or issue a refund. Simply useless. - No single phone call or email from the store about problems with the order. Had to chase ozzy customer services team as Repco Te Kuiti manager is not comfortable and not competent with her tasks. - Left my phone details with manager, she promised to call back and never called back. - No follow up procedures for non-fulfilled orders, stuff on the phone is lacking basic understanding that orders need to be either fulfilled or refunded. You cant just charge the card and pretend that its my problem from that point on. We order from other stores and they call and update in case of any problems. But this particular store is simply a bunch of shockers lacking basic work skills.
Great local store, if they don't have it, they will do their best to get it. Good range of stuff, great staff. Recommended.
Got all we needed service was Brillant, served by a lovely girl .
Disappointed. Agreed to a higher price. Promised it would arrive the next day. 2 visits on the next day still not arrived. Then the staff don't care. Promised phone calls. Nothing. Said they would post. Eventually came snail mail. It would have been faster and cheaper to go through the original store
Can’t even remember the last time they actually got a part/oil right. Staff don’t really know what they are ordering. Trying to get a aerial for a ute and they can’t get the correct one even on the second attempt, now they have given up
