Steve and the team at Vogel Motors are an absolute pleasure to deal with. 

They went above the standard call to get a resolution, communicating clearly and effectively while working through what turned out to be quite a niggly job. It's nice to have trustworthy guys that are happy to explain the ins-and-outs to the common man.

What a great place, have been in to a few mechanics during our travels in New Zealand and these guys were by far the best. We (unknowingly) had a small stone stuck in behind the brake rotor causing an awful screeching noise, and even though they were really busy they made time to put the car up on the hoist and identify the problem - not only that, they also checked & drained our oil, tightened the parking brake, checked the other brake pads and washed the windscreen inside and out. Steve the owner was great and Ray the mechanic was awesome - cheers guys keep up the good work! Paul and Sophie (Ireland/France).

The staff were really friendly and easily contactable, plus they got me the best price possible. Additionally, when parts didn't arrive on time they did their best to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. I will definitely be using their services again!

Car has been performing badly for a long time and ive bern avoiding getting it fixed. Came in expecting big problems, have sorted a plan and a time frame/budget to sort things out. Very reasonable, friendly and professional. Chose this place through word of mouth, it's not my local mechanics.I will however no longer go anywhere else. Really good work, and the price was really good too. I'm so pleased I bit the bullet - wasn't nearly as bad as some other places had told me.

Head and shoulders above the crowd!  I have found Steve and his team to be honest, trustworthy, and friendly - and they actually care about getting it right.  I've yet to find a more professional crew in all of Greater Wellington.
