Excellent service from booking through to pick up. I got the days muddled and dropped the car in a day early, they did not make a fuss about it. I said the car could stay overnight if need be. Absolutely awesome from first contact, though to completion. Listened to what I thought I needed done and advised on what was actually needed. I had my 15yr old 6L80E remanufactured to be stronger and updated to run better than OEM and I love it. They are worth every dollar spent. The best service I've ever had and took great care with the car.Service: Transmission
Many thanks to Tom and the team at HA for housing my poor but gorgeous! 2005 Saab 2.3 when the transmission fault appeared again, leaving me stranded in Wellington. Working in unison with the wonderful Ben Watson of Mainstreet Transmissions Hamilton, we are all getting to the bottom of the issue; not helped by the fact that Saab's have been discontinued and it's tricky to source parts. I've recently brought my Toyota rav in for some work done on the brakes and to get a wof. The receptionist is lovely, personable and has a great sense of humour. The main mechanic is transparent, honest and shows great service as well. Definitely will be keeping my work done with this mechanic place
The Wellington area transmission specialist. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Normal automatic transmission servicing for Japanese cars is between $230 and $300 if not faulty. Bookings are needed as these guys are booked about 14 days ahead
Very happy with the service, they know what they are doing and the job came in as quoted. My car is a BMW so not cheap but they had an aftermarket oil pan which they said was a s good as the BMW original and I saved $80. so very happy.
Had problems with transmission and radiator, informed my insurance company. Hutt automatics had only replaced transmission. Payed 320, insurrance covered the rest. Gave me back my car, then a week later, had connector hose crack so they replaced it then gave back my car, payed 200. Few days later car overheats. Took it back, they then said i needed to replace the water pump/further problems with cooling system.. took it to a different mechanic, they said nothing wrong with pump, but my radiator was clogged. So now i have to pay more when it could of all been done the first time round, not happy at all being mucked around and wasting time energy and money. Like why give my car back if its not done, to cause more problems
Excellent service, efficient and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back, and will also tell my friends and family to take their cars to Hutt Automatics. Nice work lads. I'm a very happy customer.
Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in for a transmission oil change despite a last minute booking. Highly recommended !
