Popped in to ask about changing my monthly plan but as I was not interested in upgrading my phone I got the impression the staff were not too bothered in helping no commission I guess! Having been a loyal Vodafone customer both here & in the U.K for more than 20 years I was a little disappointed.

Gentleman we spoke with was very informative and professional at this location, we were looking to get onto a sim only contract, went over very smoothly and the phone number transfer only took about 5 minutes for both myself and my wife.
