Was waiting 30 minutes and then was told that additional 25 dollars fee applies for a new sim. Called the TeleChoice office and was told that they have no control over this reseller. Was advised to do it online without any charge. 25 dollars for a new sim is unacceptable for an existing customer.

I dont know if that guy is the staff or owner but he is living a thug life. He was trying to sell a telephone socket for $19. I ran away. Later on the same socket I bought in JB for $11. It's the socket of adsl used for the wifi.
