The service attitude is very poor and the work efficiency is low. I have to wait a long time every time I go.
Unsure why previous comment I found the manager great and open about everything. I couldnt fault them when I upgraded my handset. 100% loved the experience
Customer service from David was incredible, I got a new iPhone, watch and band. David helped me transfer everything over, he made everything simple and easy. David was easy to talk to and obviously knows his stuff. I can not encourage people enough to go to Toowong. 5 star service.
Be careful this place. After purchased the iphone in here, I realised Vodafone toowong sneakily added the product that I didn’t even ask or receive. I had been paying this for 10 months! Totally blindsided. Vodafone HQ refunded by providing a credit also advised me that they are investigating.
All the times l have been there or l have rang things were sorted with staff knowing what there doing
