Had an accident with phone and screen was completely smashed. Took it to these guys and from the minute we walked in they were more than ready to help. They got the part in asap and fixed the phone as soon as they received the part. Have had no problem since. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Professional service with a smile and great price. Highly recommend. We were told our new phone, bought from Telstra had an issue with the SIM card holder. Problem was, we were told by a Telstra employee, that a piece of the tool to remove the SIM card holder had broken off! Apparently that would mean we may not be able to remove the SIM card if we had issues. Incorrect! Casphone removed and put card holder back in with no problem! I recommend Casphone, five star service.

Jay was an absolute delight, I'd spent literally DAYS looking everywhere for the right case and socket and walked in with pretty low expectations. I was immediately attended to, and Jay handed me a case that entirely covered my exacting requirements. He even sorted out a socket and car mount that fitted the case perfectly. Absolute legend, give him a raise and a solid pat on the back. 11/10.
