One of the best service providers in Australia
After nearly an hour wrestling with the call centre and getting nowhere the brilliant Lass here fixed everything in about 5 minutes. Professional, friendly and really knows what she's about.
Worst experience I ever had. I have been with 3/Vodafone for more than 12 years with 3 mobile phone services. I have upgraded my plans more than 10 times but never had service like this. I went to the this store to take a new phone. They asked my driver licence and then Medicare card. The "MANAGER" asked most weirdest question ever "when did you renewed your driver license" seriously??. When I said that this is like police checks, she said I am rude. After spending 45 minutes in the store the out come is "NO STOCK". Don't they check the stock before taking customer's details? First we check the stock before asking the customer to provide identification. I am also in retail industry too. Even the manager needs basic customer service skills"SMILE, GREAT and THANK YOU at the end". I want to give 0 stars but we have to give at-least a star to write a review. My rating is "ZERO"
Came in the store, to purchase a device with a plan. But all I did was wait around, even though 3 staff members were free with another assisting a customer. And yes, even the other customer was filing a complaint for the service. I'm a very patient person but this has to be the worst customer service I've received at a mobile store. Ended up leaving and getting my purchase made at another store.
Horrible shop, terrible workers Do yourself a favour and go to Telstra Staff was completely incompetent, they never went through options of a plan for me and brought out a phone I didn't want and just told me to sign. Felt as if there was absolutely no care for me as a customer, or others in the shop. Another family member was in there today and it was the same deal. They said this is the phone we can give you on your budget, then an hour later showed me other phones in the same price range that was never made available before? Then cause a huge issue saying its not their fault and they will "try" to fix it, which from my experience they will do nothing about and laugh in the back room The manager and workers are absolute jokes. Do yourself a favour and go to Telstra
No greetings, no smiles, zero customer service. I do not think the staff like their job. I felt like I was taking up their time for a faulty mobile issue, was advised to contact Samsung, Samsung advised to take the phone back to the store, that I will...but not this store!
Went there to somehow support the business in the area, however, staff are not helpful. Better go to Fountain Gate instead. They won't even tell you an alternative to resolve something. Needs extensive customer service skills training for the staff in Vodafone Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre.
On entering store was immediately acknowledge by the customer service officer Astha. Her service was great! She listened to what we needed and why we needed to have internet access on ipad that was not cellular. Suggested pocket wifi and $15 Red Data Plan and to share data with my plan. She set up Pocket Wifi on ipad and made suggestions about turning it off when not in use to save data. She invited us to come back if we had any issues that we could not resolve ourself. Highly recommend Astha for attention to detail. Very refreshing to get great service in retail outlets.
