I had Veronica or Victoria sorry I'm so bad with names but she has been amazing, good communication skills, cares about what you actually want and gives you advice on what they think its best for you and your hair. I had red ombre hair done, photo attached

Highly recommend the stylist called Nina. She helped me find a much more suitable shampoo and conditioner for my hair then did a great cut and was extremely helpful. I had booked to get my daughters hair properly cut and styled weeks before her graduation. When her graduation day came they not only had booked her in for just a dry cut but couldn't be bothered sorting it out. I was left out on a limb and not even tried to sort it out. Very unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND going here ever.

Purchase a new client voucher for cut and colour only to be told voucher was not valid and would need to pay more , even though the voucher clearly stated cut & colour , also that I would need to come back another day for the cut. Very disappointing experience , would much rather support the independent Salons, Lesson learned .won’t be back to Vivo and would not recommend : ended up leaving with nothing But have been offered a refund .Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

The lady didn't take into consideration my circumstances whatsoever. After chemotherapy 6 months ago, showed zero compassion especially first time removing wig in public setting. The toner applied made no change and the styling was an embarrassment. I left feeling upset and worse than when I went in. Couldnt wait to leave. Waste of money. Very poor customer communication. Did Consultancy with Veronica, she never come back to me with my Hair colour results and pricing. Tried to call them so many times always voice mail started. Went their personally One of the employee named Ninna did apologize on behalf of veronica. Never gona back and never reccomend to anyone.

My sister had her bridesmaids hair done here and they did a great job. We all loved the fast and friendly hairdressers, and the end results.

I traveled 45min to get to this branch and I am so glad I did. My daughter wanted a balayage in violet red, Mel asked why she liked this color and then asked her what she didn't like about hair My daughter was complaining about her fizzy hair. Mel showed her difference combinations of color and suggested a color combination that my daughter loved.  After it was all done, my daughters hair looked amazing! Mel also wrote down products my daughter could use to tame her hair and the best products for her color. MEL was just wonderful. Highly recommend Mel for all your color requirements/cut requirements.

At first I went in for a cut and style, the stylist had cut it shorter than I had wanted and cut it so crooked one side was longer then the other and it showed... I went back in a few days later and had it cut and layered evenly aswell as styled at no extra charge... Eventually I got a nice cut and style that I'm happy with :

If there was no star, I would have put that in, as this business doesn't deserve even one star. My partner used their service, she clearly showed a picture what she wanted from their list and they agreed to deliver, they have absolutely ruined it, 4 weeks of back and forth in regards the person not being available to redo her hair, today she got told that she has to pay for whole new service. That's absolutely awful service, and they put it down as mis communication????  If you can't deliver what you see from the picture, don't accept the job. I am putting this review on behalf of my partner as she is devastated about outcome. She told them from day one that she wasn't happy with the results. First time using their service and it will be last time.
