Kind staff, very happy with my SNS dip nails. They are also great with gel!
Quite not happy with the type of nails done to me. I came in to get natural looking acrylic nails with a colored french tip. She said yes, and asked me to pay first which I paid $60. Then i showed her the type of nails I want to do. She said its gonna take time and you need to pay more 10 dollars. I told her that on phone you said the price would be 60 dollars for shellac and 55 for normal, which makes sense. And also which means it covers any kind of nail. If it was the concern, she should have told me before. I couldnt get the type of nail I wanted because of extra price she surprisingly quoted. The nails which I got done literally looking bad like the nails have turned towards towards upward bent uprather than natural straight nail shape. Also the tips were left painted. Sadly a huge disappointment.
Been coming here for the past 6 months and I honestly want to say never again, they are so rough with doing nails, i was in yesterday and i had 3 different girls do my nails for a simple set, They change their prices every so often i have never paid 70$ for a set of french tips never again.
Had to wait a while but they were super busy. Friendly staff and they listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. Love my new nails!
Love love love my nails, came here after I went to another Salon and got the ugliest nails, the ladies removed them, and the difference was night and day, yes very busy there but my nails went from 0 to 100, traveled from Papakura and highly recommend!!!
Their nail service is fine - just like every other asian nail place to be honest. They dont engage with clients but chat away to each other. Ive been going there fairly regularly for a year or so but they don't acknowledge you as being a regular. Some customer service would be nice but as i said, their nails are fine...
The lady did not know how to properly apply acrylic nails, 2 and a half weeks later my nails have started popping off.
This is the first time I am airing out online my dissatisfaction as I normally keep quiet and give good feedback only. This was my go to nail salon since 2019 but had enough of their inconsistency when it comes pricing for the same service that I always get. The last service a week ago is the last draw. They charged me $75 for a shellac manicure with design which I always pay $55 $45 for gel manicure + $15 for design. The worse part is the nail technician did not disclose the price prior and just insisted that they are charging $30 extra for the nail design. It's like getting acrylic nails or their gel manicure, pedicure package for $85.00.Service: Manicure
My daughter had a manicure done today- heavily recommended by one of the employees who then cut two of her fingers when doing her cuticles. It continued to bleed throughout the service and after, another employee, possibly the manager, then gave her something to stop the bleeding and apologized. Very disappointing it would happen at all. She found the whole experience quite rough in general. There was no compensation for the $45 she ended up spending. This has been our go-to nail salon but we will be looking at others from now on.
The entire process was long and tiring! I was told maximum wait time to be attended to would be 5mins. My 5 minute turned into 30minutes! I would have left but I had already paid $65 for Shellac French tips. The lady over-filed my nails and clipped my flesh while giving me a manicure. Nails were crooked! I came at 11.30am and left at 1.30pm!
