I have spent a good deal of money here over the years but was very disappointed by the customer service here when I was in yesterday. I use their water bottle service. Yesterday my tag wouldn't work and their software was down but using the online login they could see I had an account that was $70 in credit. Despite this they said I had to pay again to get water - they wouldn't let me get water and take the money off my account when the software was up and running again. It was one of the owners as well which made it hard to swallow. Walked away 'water-less' and very frustrated!

I don't know why but they often seem to lack interest in doing business whenever I speak to any females. I have a large order of supplements on REPEAT business that I wanted to set up with them but it seems they are too busy/lack interest to deal with me over the phone. In the past the male owner has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond which is why I like to go there as often as I can. In fact the male naturopaths who work there have been incredible despite it clearing out my wallet. Oh well, maybe they already have too many customers.
