Vitalis reception staff and Dr was so welcoming and lovely. I rang the practice before I arrived and they were so welcoming and considerate. Dr Metcalfe was compassionate and professional. I felt very heard and understood by him. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I’ve seen many doctors here but my main doctor was Dr Anish Ahmed for almost 5 years. I found him to be a very thorough, kind, funny and of course, a very competent doctor. He would always give phone calls to follow up and provide information. He seemed up to date with the latest health info as well as the Medicare rules. He was always understanding of mental health issues as well. The clinic is always clean, affordable and runs on time, plus they have long opening hours. I only stopped going because I moved away, otherwise he’d still be my doctor. I also had good experiences with others doctors when he was not available. And they have a good sized carpark too.

Great practice. Dr Edwina Brown is one of the best GPs going around. She is empathetic, sincerely engages with my concerns, while offering me considered advice in a highly respectful manner. Critically, she always helps me understand rather complex medical concerns in a super accessible way. She is at the top of her game, and I could not recommend her enough.

Dr Brian Flynn is a fantastic GP. He spent the time to listen, assess and then explained everything I needed to know. He also printed out information for me to take home. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a GP in the Shire.  Plenty of parking  Appointment was on time.

Cant recommend this place enough. As a trans FTM I’ve managed to get my treatment really fast, and my dr was really polite and asked my pronouns and preferred name almost immediately as I walked in, when I’d mentioned that I was trans on my new person form.. Dr Nicole is the first and only dr who has ever helped me. I was near to the point of giving up on the medical system, every dr just tells you some stupid book text response. They have absolutely no idea what is happening, recommend ridiculous medication that do not fix anything and send you off. Dr Nicole took the time to understand me, ask many questions, send me for tests etc. finally after years, i was diagnosed with pcos and endometriosis. With no pressure to take medication and was open to me exploring natural ways to correct my issues. Thank you Dr Nicole

The surgery is immaculately clean and state of the art modern. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional. I saw Dr Brian Flynn who was very welcoming, knowledgeable and highly professional. He showed great interest in getting to know my medical history and other information that is required of a new patient. I HIGHLY recommend this surgery. A Change that has been long overdue in our area.

Dr Edwina Brown is a fantastic GP- she is patient, personable and very thorough. She was great at explaining the plan of care and including me in decisions.

I was hoping to find an empathetic, thorough doctor and while the practice was clean and my appointment was running close to on time, my experience with Dr. Brown was not ideal as she was dismissive of my concerns and somewhat condescending. It was extremely disappointing.
