Story

This medical facility was established in 2002 by the efforts of four experienced doctors: Dr Ramsis Farag, Dr Nabil Mankarios, Dr Mona Mikhail, and Dr Faten Wassef.
Since its inception it has served more than 30,000 patients.
All doctors working at the Medical Centre hold post-graduate degrees in General Practice, namely they are all Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Nabil Mankarios is also an experienced Skin Cancer Practitioner who started working in this field in 1997.

Only went to this doctor as everything was closed around Christmas time... it was Horrible!!!! Do not recommend. First of all they changed my appointment time without confirming with me, them Waited over an hour and a half as they were running so late. When I went to leave they told me I was next and then a further 3 people went in front of me. Then. Eh told me they forgot to put my name down. Don’t waste your time...

I have been attending this practice for 15 years. I have always found reception, nursing, pathology and practice management staff friendly and helpful. The Dr's are also fantastic and have referred me to great specialists when required. Sometimes there is a wait to see your Dr, however if you ring ahead and ask, reception will always advise you on how long the expected waiting period will be. Thanks for the great service!

I have been attending for years and have found front desk staff to be helpful and caring and most of the GP’s have been there for many years and provide excellent medical service

Very busy local doctors.  Been going here for over 15 years and will continue to. Sometimes they can be very busy and you'll need to wait a long while so factor this in. Staff are friendly and the doctors are thorough. 

Lots of reviews here are from people with a very high sense of self importance "they didn't kiss my feet and praise the ground I walk on!" Boo hoo......

Probably the worst medical centre for wait times I've been to in the area. You can guarantee you'll be waiting over an hour after your appointment time before seeing your doctor.
    Receptionists have terrible customer service skills, belittling callers to each other in front of the waiting room full of patients.
    Dr Mankarios' bedside manner is also terrible. I had a skin cancer removed (my first) and he didn't tell me about anything he was doing. I was told to go in a week later to have my stitches trimmed with a nurse who left my histopathology results on the bed when I entered without talking me through them, or even alerting me to what the piece of paper was until I asked.
