TERRIBLE  COMPANY

If i could give them less stars than 1 i would. 

recently had some curtains installed.  The measure and quote went okay. they made it seem like it would be about a month turn around.
ended up having to wait 9 weeks before they could be installed.

Installer rocks up and says he cant install them as the mounting is not adequate.  end up having to pay an additional $50 for more materials.

The clerical staff are also rubbish. will not reply to emails unless followed up with a phone call.  would not even give help when asked to contact the installer.  "hes busy?"  im pretty sure tradies have mobile phones and are able to make a small call on the job.

Please use another company, save yourself the hassle.

Cord broke on $500 blind after 18 months of normal use. Vista tried to pretend the warranty had expired, until reminded of their obligations under Australian consumer law. Then tried to charge $85 fee for repair and ignored me when I ask them to justify this fee  and requested to speak to manager. Eventually dropped blind off to store in frustration currently awaiting repaired unit back. Inferior products and inferior service.

would never use this company anymore, blinds was installed not long ago and its already hanging down, they charge $84 for call out fees which I think is ridiculous as it wasn't install properly at the first stage

Appalling customer service from initial quote, through to incorrect delivery, to the (eventual!) refund. Avoid at all costs.
