Friendly staff.  Equipment is basic and a bit old but enough to get a decent workout. Positioning of some of the equipment is not ideal. Suitable for those who mainly do weights or cardio using basic equipment,  probably not enough variety or space for those who like to have more options.

I love this gym and have been a member for years. No nonsense family run gym. No egos or attitudes, friendly staff, good value. Highly recommend.
