Great gym, incredible trainers who take a holistic view to their training, ensuring that you reach your goals whilst maintaining the basics and you feel that the work you do will keep you going for many years to come. Friendly, inquisitive, professional and really good at what they do. The gym is small and busy with a lovely buzz about the space with lots of natural light. The training is personalised at every point, but has monthly gym challenges that suit everyone and help to keep you motivated. I have been with them for 7 years, they are part of my life 'team' that keeps me moving.

I have been attending Adrenalin Health Club for two years where I have been receiving Personal Training sessions. The team keep me motivated and help push me beyond what I think I can achieve. If you are in your prime and need assistance in achieving your goals or looking for motivation, look no further. I love the way these people look after you and make you feel important. These gym instructors truly care.

A fantastically friendly health club, with supportive staff and a no nonsense, effective approach towards fitness goals. No muscle bound mirror posers here! Oh andTim is a great trainer!!
