This is a very reliable travel company, we have used them many times & there has been incidents whilst on our travels eg. Thailand bombings , emergency stop over due to a health problem, hotels double booking us etc in which Safet was extremely diligent & helpful. We had 24 hour support & access to him if anything went wrong , he was on to it straight away & we got looked after very well. Prices are reasonable and service is 1st class , it's great to travel with a peace of mind. I highly reccomend Safet as he has also been in the industry for over 20 years, well travelled & educated , his reccomendations for hotels, tours and airlines have never failed us.
