I love Peter Pans so much! Both Ryan and Kerry were fantastic.  I wasn’t sure about anything to do on the East Coast but Ryan and Kerry booked me the hottest spots, best hostels, activities, and transport at such an incredible rate.  I’m so happy and will definitely be back again to book my next adventure at Fitzroy Street.  Highly recommended!

Have booked so many activities and trips with these guys, they're awesome! Kerry and Ryan are so helpful and have got loads of tips on what to do round Melbourne, as well as the best ways to travel Aus, NZ and Fiji! Would totally book with them again!

The customer service in this store is brilliant! I was dealing with a guy called Ryan and he was brilliant. I didn't end up booking my trip due to a change of circumstances at home but until that point he was lovely, kept checking in to see if I'd made a decision and making recommendations. 

I would highly recommend going here and using him!

Whilst waiting to check in at Summer House Hostel, I got chatting to Alessia and ended up sitting down to discuss my plans to travel the East Coast later this year. We talked about when I was looking to travel, activities, accomodation and transport.
Some 2 hours later, I still hadn't checked in to the hostel, but left her desk with a full month's itinerary tailored specifically to the type of trip I wanted.
Alessia was extremely personable, knowledgeable and it felt like I was sat there, chatting to a friend the whole time. I can't recommend her enough and will have her to thank once I've had a brilliant time on my travels. Thanks again!
