Totally hopeless thats the office in sydney  I kept reminding them to lodge the application form and i was told that it can be done on line.   they left it to the very last day to lodge the application and it was rejected because it could not be lodged on line and had to be posted or delivered by the due date.   because they stuffed up and tried to deliver it after the due date the immigration office refused the application.   this has caused a lot of grief and still is. If you are heading towards their office i suggest that u jump onto a horse and take off in the opposite direction as fast as you can   ride that horse hard

Our meeting was booked in and confirmed twice by email and phone. We arrived in good time but ended up leaving half an hour after our apointment was due to start as we had been ignored.  I wouldnt recomend this company.

Great service and very supportive. Dee is very caring and he went above and beyond to achieve good result. Please don't waste your time and energy anywhere else.  Thank you to Harry and all the staff as well. Highly recommended.

“Avoid Visa Simply” They will ask you to pay fullamount of service fees. Then they will not refund any money. Such rip- you-off.
