Typical government department, big que, slow service and they knock off at 4pm! TIP: Allow plenty of time to pick up your passport because chances are you will be waiting for a while. This probably wont be an enjoyable experience for you. Good Luck!

Went to collect a passport for my partner and as his signature was the tinniest bit different to the one on his form was told to come back. Asked a few other people who could see no difference. Wow! Definitely not in the real world, having to waste my time and hers by coming back.

I needed a passport on the day. Unfortunately I couldn't get it on the day, I did get it the very 1st thing the next morning. The wait was minimal for me, The process was quick and easy. Staff where cool and understanding.
