I must say, I next to never leave reviews for anything at all. Good or bad. But today I've experienced customer service at it's finest. Alex is a real enrichment to the team. Make sure to not lose this little gem! If I could, Alex would deserve 10*!
When I said online the price of this product is less .they said the offer is no longer available. Why two different price online and in-store?

Had Lagavulin 16 for a reasonable price but had to mark them down because they refused to price match with Dan Murphy's.
Always a good place for a good bargain as the staff there are friendly and always willing to help you with your choices when your stock. I never had a bad choice of wines from this store as they take their time to get the right wines for their customers
Horrible place to buy, I’m foreign in they laugh about were I came from, they were really rude.
Staff doesn’t accept my national ID which there’s my date of birth in English on my card. Even I’ve been using it all the time in Melbourne or liquorland
