Fantastic Church, really welcoming and warm. They do a lot of work in the local community, free meals, groceries, social support etc. good solid teaching too. Pastor Sam is a lovely guy, and usually come and chats the new people.

I couldn’t describe how amazing it is to be embraced for this lovely Church. Since from the beginning Sam and Village’s family caring so much about Ligia and me. They made everything to share The good news of Jesus, and naturally, we start understanding the true meaning of abiding in Christ. This is so true that Lígia and I Got baptised in October and got married on 16.01.2021, Sam was the celebrant and all the other members help a lot as volunteers. A warm and welcoming community of people and a great place to learn about Jesus through good bible teaching. I’ve been going to Village Church for more than 10 years and have seen it serve the local community in many wonderful ways too.
A welcoming and diverse community with people of different ages, professions and cultural backgrounds. Doing great work in Kelvin Grove, one of the most multicultural suburbs in Brisbane. Village Church work closely with Communify QLD, the Kelvin Grove Markets, QUT Kelvin Grove, QACI high school, KGSC high school, St Paul's church Spring Hill, BCC Paddington Ward, and the charities Mosaix and The Romero Centre. The church is part of the Presbyterian Church of QLD, holds to the Westminster Confession of faith, and is committed to giving people the opportunity to hear about the Christian faith and the teachings of Jesus. Whatever your background, you will find a friend at Village Church! 930am at QUT Kelvin Grove F-block, with Kids program. 5pm at St Paul's Spring Hill, with dinner afterward.
Very welcoming community, you feel safe and comfortable on the first visit. Very easy to make friends and to learn about Jesus
Love it. Love Sam Mcgeown. He's such a fantastic human being and so's his family and the church is so welcoming and supportive in ghd local community.
Good teaching, good people, good community, very active in the local area, mission driven, good music, Welcoming.
