I would give 0 starts if it was an option. Received a note of attempted delivery from them on Wednesday. Went online to rearrange delivery for Friday. Nothing comes. I call the following week and was told it was delivered the previous Thursday and left "in a safe place"...but nothing was there. Also somebody was home all day that Thursday. Mysterious.

Amazing service! I have used these guys over 150 times in the past 3-4 years and i could not be happier. I have had 2 issues in all of that time and they were both resolved with no fuss at all. They have delivered large and small items for my company.  Its funny how people only write bad reviews!  Try these guys out, you will not be disappointed!!!   Dean

I am completely disillusioned by the freight service of Freight Specialists.
On my  delivery order between Foodbank Victoria and my Agency Food Relief Neerim District. My

delivery ETA was for Wednesday 16th August, AM was stipulated and my mobile given for advise on delays/problems.
Unfortunately several phone calls from myself to your service team, with promises of return calls, regarding my delayed delivery, resulted in NO RETURN CALLS, and excuses such as can't contact driver, can,t find truck. Then delivery will be by 2pm. Finally at 4.30pm I was advised that my order WAS on truck but driver had ran out of time....my delivery would be delayed until 11am on Thursday 17th. 
After many communications on Thursday 17th and delays in ETA due to unforeseen circumstances,  we finally received delivery at 2pm.....BUT the drama wasn't over as truck did not have trolley jack and pallets had to be unloaded individually and onto our  trolleys.
