First,  the positive feedback which was that the guys that did all the hard work were really polite and did the job at a high standard.  
However having had booked the removal service over a month ago,  to be told on the day of our move that he did not have me booked in (although I had the date confirmed via text the week prior). I was left for 4 hours,  after settlement time waiting for one truck to arrive. 
Paul was very unorganised and throughout the day did not give me updates. I don't know how many times I tried to call him and send a text for him to update me on what was going on. I was left feeling stressed as to whether or not the actual removing process was going to happen, as the new owners of our house were soon to arrive.
I wouldn't recommend his service if you were moving house and it was time sensitive.

They are really professional! I got excellent service for both moving and cleaning. While moving, they were on time, did not damage anything, had all the tools to move large objects. And for cleaning, they are the best, cleaned every single corner with least monitoring and we got the bond back without any difficulty. Big thanks to Paul....

There should be no star for this service. I moved my house with these guys on 25/11/2017, two strong guys moving a two-bedroom house in nearly 12hrs from Clayton to Narre Warren South. Very slow and not professional. One of the man names Jays, terrible work attitude. Dont use this service, just waste your time and money.

Paul and his team are fantastic!
The guys worked so hard and kept a smile the whole time. We had a heap of stuff including some heavy items and the team took it in their stride. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team for any move you contemplate. Great work fellas!

Jay and his team are the ultimate professionals.  We have had them move us twice, pick up furniture for us numerous times and setup furniture  like our beds so that our family can have a good nights rest even though we are unpacking.  Cannot say enough good things about them.  If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.
