Be very careful, all they want to do is sell you property, they'll show you all sorts of wonderful figures and convince you to buy property from one of their partners, they don't mention the kick back they get, their broker, their financial planner, their accountant, all of them are only interested in making you get an SMSF and then buy property, they are meant to disclose the commission but hide it by having the commission paid to another part of their group whilst the financial planning happens under another name. Be very careful, they convinced friends of mine to invest in property even though they could afford it

Don't know what the negative reviewer was on about as my experience with Nik has been great. All my finances are in order and I'm well on the way to my goals. What struck me the most was his sincerity and how down to earth he was. I was most impressed and would recommend Nik if you're looking for an adviser who goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want.

Do not trust Nikitin Lal. He started my life insurance policy regerdless of our agreement and left me with $2000 less in my super account. I have called him but he refuses to cancel the policy and lately he does not pick up my calls either on his mobile or at his office. Very selfish person. If you need a loan for a house just go to a bank.
