Clean and check up were good but beware! Front desk assistant overcharged me despite me telling them numerous times I was a medibank member. I was only given a refund after I spoke to Medibank and they called them to let me them know that they overcharged me on each item number. The next day I had to go back in and the man behind the desk accused me of lying to them about me being a medibank member. Unfortunately I had to follow up with Medibank again after visiting them and not getting call back as the rebate provided me was not 70% as per my cover in which they told me the dental clinic had still overcharged me. They mentioned they have raised an investigation into the clinic. After a phone call with Medibank and 2 visits to the Medibank Vicgarden store this matter has still not been resolved. Will not be going back to this dentist after I was over charged by about 80 dollars and experienced poor customer service.

I visited Victoria Street Dental a few weeks ago for two treatments - one a scale and clean and a filling, the other a full mouth bleach. I had a very good overall experience and would recommend anyone this dental clinic! Like most people, I tend to put off appointments with dentists because I do not like being at the mercy of another person, however Dr. Horng made me feel comfortable and put my discomforts to ease. Not only was she gentle, she was very thorough, making sure that all the thick calculus that had built up behind my front teeth were removed! In the same appointment, she identified a cavity that she recommended that I fill up immediately. I hesitantly agreed because of my dislike of needles. However, there was nothing for me to worry! The injection for the local aesthetic was essentially pain free albeit a slight pressure in the gum. Nothing I couldn't handle! I am extremely please with Dr. Horng's professionalism. Lastly, as this dental clinic is a health insurance provider, I was able to claim most of my treatment back. Leaving the dental clinic satisfied, I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone!

I've been seeing Dr Ellan for about 3 years now - she's great - friendly, professional, on time, reasonably priced & always does a great job!
