I visited the clinic for a routine check up and clean. The clinic was not what I expected, the examination room as dark and dingy and the equipment looked old. I overlooked this as the Dentist was really friendly and nice My clean was quite painful, which I hadn't experienced before. I was then told I needed 2 fillings, which I wasn't expecting as I have never had major issues before and have good dental hygiene. I went and got a second opinion through a Dentist accredited by my health care provider. I was told that I DO NOT need fillings, and that even if there was a potential issue no action should be taken without x-rays. I was also told that I needed a clean, even though I had one at Bridge Rd Dental last week, because a poor job was done. It was a complete waste of money and I will not be going back.

Wonderful service and a great atmosphere! Very caring and gentle while doing the clean. Felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I would recommend this to everyone!

Please do not go here. I would not wish this experince upon my worst enemy. This was the most horrifying dental experince of my life. I knew when i walked in a should of walked straight out. The dodgy reception should of been a dead give away. Before even looking at my teeth she was wanting to take unnessessary xrays. Once she looked and actually spoke to me she was then aware that my braces had just been removed and xrays would not be nessessary for a scale and clean. I seriously thought about getting up and walking out soon as she started. After sticky taping a napkin to my chest she begung to use her antique equipment. After the 15 minute scale and clean was complete. I begung wipe my face and neck dry. It was lovely of the dental assisnt to give me a cup of water to rinse and another empty cup to spit it in. If you go here after reading this review i feel very sorry for you.
