Poor customer service. What kind of privacy breach it is to check the eligibility of your family member for a test. The girl on ticket machine insisted what she told me is right. But I was not satisfied so decided to move to the counter. The very bad part was she went to the counter while I was waiting to tell the gentleman what my query is. Ofcourse, the gentleman did not even try to think about listen to me once. He just refused to give me any information. Then I called Vic roads and got the same information in 3 minutes only. Why it was not a privacy breach then.

Most usesless branch of the Victorian government. People on the phone don't know what the people in the office are meant to do. It's a total mess that needs to be sorted
