I renewed my driving licence today and was really happy with the service received.nVicroads have a designated person on the door who quickly checks everyone in and assigns a docket number relative to their needs.nThe queue moved fast as there are lots of customer service people working.nSeamless process.nCourteous staff.nI even got a 25% discount on my driving licence renewal fee as I’m classed as a safe driver.
I tried to register my car it was written off but was repared and just over 15 years so no need for the engineering certificate. The compliance plate saying 8/2010 and the day of vicroads inspection was 25/2026.the lady at vicroads rejected the application w with the help of her colleagues I tried kindly to explain to her that its past 15 years but she keeps on saying see you later in 9 months.nI walked out but had to come back this time wanted to speak to the manager about it. then I asked the lady at the front disk the one that prints the tektites she said she needs to check it out first before calling the manager for me. She checked it and called the same lady to tell her that she shouldn't have rejected it.but finally the car got registered. It was a very frustrating experience I ll never go to that vicroads I am very disappointed
I had an excellent experience with Leny, the licence testing officer at VicRoads Geelong. From the moment the test began, Leny was professional, calm, and very clear with instructions, which really helped settle my nerves. The test was conducted fairly and thoroughly, and Leny explained everything clearly before and after the drive.nLeny’s respectful and supportive attitude made the whole experience much more positive than I expected. It’s obvious they take their role seriously while still being kind and encouraging. I’m very grateful for such a smooth and fair testing experience and would highly commend Leny to anyone taking their driving test at Geelong VicRoads.
Had such an amazing tester for my driving test! Had such a calm and genuine vibe to him and made the test less nerve racking unlike some other testers. Shout out to Ricky you are incredible
I had my first drive test at VicRoads Geelong. I was a bit nervous for the test but my driving tester Ricky was super calm and communicate everything very clearly, which helped me alot as I just moved to Australia a couple of years back. Thanks to Ricky, I had a pleasant testing experience which I didn't expect to have.
