Son went for his P's there and was treated rudely and arrogantly by a young male officer. I don't say this lightly but we think he was racist as he enjoyed making things abnormally difficult. As with the other reviews, a toxic culture of racial intimidation exists.
Toxic! One of the worst customer experiences of my life. The officer went out of her way to ensure that it was bad when it could have been excellent without any additional effort on her part. I'm accustomed to finding friendly, helpful people in Colac so I was saddened to have this experience. I usually deal with the Dandenong Vicroads office and never knew how lucky I am for this to be the case. All the staff at Dandenong treat you as they would wish to be treated themselves - this ethos must come from the top. Please take a leaf out of their book, especially in these most stressful of times.
I have had several horrible experiences here from the day I received my drivers license to changing my plates. The staff are blatantly rude and bitter. I don’t usually write reviews but my elderly father experienced the same treatment today while paying for his registration. He asked the woman behind the counter if he had “done something wrong” because he couldn’t understand why she was being so rude. Is it that hard to ask for some customer service, that’s your job after all.
Super rude staff they don't give a flying you know what The staff should be fired. If you want to be treated like scum go to Colac vic roads DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THEM, GO ELSEWHERE. at least if you go elsewhere you will be treated like a human being.
appalling customer service. waited 5 mins to be served, no customers in store to be told i had to make an appointment in a weeks time for something that would take 5 mins. meanwhile there was three other staff standing around doing nothing. go the the warrnamble store instead, they are much better
The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. It also helped that i had all the correct paperwork so it didn't make their job harder.
Went for drive test for licence. The people were lovely and very kind, made you feel comfortable.Very nice people.

Went to transfer my license on Friday there was a younger girl witch seemed nice but the older lady I got was very rude talked down to me like I was nothing and treated me like I was a criminal doing the wrong thing clearly she is in the wrong occupation kinda wish I checked the reviews before going to this Vic roads got refused to transfer as I didn't call ahead witch I was unaware of basically told me to get out not impressed at all
Usually this vicroads isnt very busy. Great service.
