Its nice and understanding most of the time, you are dealing with other aussies, the wait can be awhile depending on staff or how busy it can get so its probably best to do what you can via email or phone and perhaps make a scheduled appoinment if you wish to sort anything out through this office.

Complete waste of time go there in my lunch break sit there for complete break not see any one what a joke Medicare centre is nothing but a compleat wast of time to achieve nothing at the end of it all still don't have an up to date card or a return on my medical costs absolutely useless

If you want to frustrate yourself- give them a call.

Can’t help you in there then on hold for 4 1/2 hours and still nothing absolutely pathetic and they wonder why people get so angry
