been coming to Vetplus for about 14 years, and can not speak highly enough of them. Holly looks after our Rottweilers, she is fearless!!!. She's the most amazing young lady, always caring, knowledgeable, calm, and sensitive...we love her. Jean at the front reception is also caring, and super when it comes to vet advice with over the counter medications etc, a valuable asset for sure. All in all...every vet here is worth their weight, and do a fantastic job. Judy & Billy Duncan
Vetplus Taupō have been incredible in supporting us with working out what’s made our kitten unwell. Holly has provided amazing after hours support and has taken immense care of our wee fluffball. We are incredibly thankful to all the stuff at Vetplus. Their knowledge, care, and promptness of service has been amazing.
That's two for two now that this vet clinic has incorrectly prescribed treatments for my dog. The first time they got it wrong when he had an issue with his eye. Now he's on the wrong antibiotic for a skin issue and it's not working to stop lesions. Lucky I have a friend who owns a vet clinic in another city who has correctly diagnosed things. I won't be coming back to VetPlus.
Fantastic vet. The best I have ever dealt with! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vet Plus Taupo have given my dog very good care over the years Including some after hours visits when the dog ate chocolate! Highly recommended.
Service was fast. Staff were great. They were encouraging a little over cautiousness post surgery. However, this was a good sign of care and support for the wellbeing of pets, and likely all the animals they treat. 5+ stars from me.
You will not find a better Vet clinic in Taupo. I highly recommend VETPLus as they are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have a cat and a puppy so always needing some advice which the never fail to give!! Recently I attended the puppy pre school, this was the best thing I did for me and my new puppy! We learnt so many new skills. 100% recommend using this vet practice!
Very wonderful patient care of my cat, who had some eye problems. Great service from all staff and kept me updated throughout. Thanks guys!
