Ladies here are always helpful and Leniant towards you if you can't pay you're vet bill. Theu do automatic parents also. Good people
Extremely unreliable Reply: please don’t insinuate that I lack understanding and kindness. At the end of the day you are providing a service, It’s unreliable for those that work full time. I got my cats yearly vaccination cancelled a day before and to me that is upsetting.
We have taken our dogs here since the beginning, they are quite well priced compared to others, very friendly and cam always fit them in last minute. Plus our dogs love going there.
Purchased dog toy with price of $15.70, when I went to pay I was told there had been a price increase and was now $17.50. You need to update your prices on the item, not my fault you haven't updated. Wont be back.
Super great vets. They were able to help in a Saturday the morning after my chickens were attacked by dogs. One sadly had to be put down and the staff were very kind. They also sent me a condolence card a few weeks later.
We sadly put our cat to sleep on the weekend and they came and did it in the comfort of our own home. They treated us with respect, kindness and understanding. The process was quick and painful but the vets didn't rush us. I'm glad we chose Vetora and if in the same position I would use them again. A huge thanks to the staff and on call vets.

Weather you still demand it as a requirement or not, the fact you still have vaccine certificate requirement advertised to enter with a sick pet is disgraceful. Wonder how many animals have suffered due to their owners not being aloud in. Unreal
