Story

Verdant Dental is the revamped Versace Dental, which started in Treadwell Road in the 1980s.

We have amazing people here, including Dr Tim Wenas, Dr Christina Romanella, Dr Alpa Lodhiya, Dr Sonia Sumer and Mr Jeremy Kearns!

Between us, there's over 90 years of dental experience. We're all friendly, honest and people with real personality - the old days of a stern dentist hiding behind a mask are long gone!

We also do a lot of teaching work for the University of Melbourne Dental School - you can trust us to provide honest and ethical advice based on the most modern, up-to-date teaching curriculum.

We're located at the corner of Keilor Road and Treadwell/Hoffmans Rd, Niddrie. Directly opposite the 7-11 and diagonally opposite the Woolworths - find the modern corner building and go up one floor! Plenty of street parking and a tram stop right out the front.

I was referred to Verdant dental a year or two back for and have now visited several with my family. I could not fault the dental care we have received from Alpa our dentist and the team at Verdant dental. Additionally for someone who is often anxious about dental visits the friendly, calm and safe environment provided is excellent and very much appreciated. Thank you.
The best dental clinic to go. Everyone in there are beautiful amazing friendly and caring professionals. I don’t have enough words to genuinely express how much I do recommend this place. I wouldn’t be where I am and recovering as I am doing, without them. As other reviewers mentioned, from the reception & bookings with Tanina up to the care and professional work of Dr Tim, Dr Alba, nurse Cherie and everyone in there , you can rest assure you’ll have an overall great experience. I contacted Verdant as an emergency appointment not really expecting a response til the new year, although Tim contacted me quite quickly & was able to get me in a couple days before new years. He was very thorough & trusting even coming from bad experiences from other clinics. He resolved my problem & also spoke to me more about things other dentists had never even mentioned. He was by far the most knowledgeable dentist I have seen so far & I couldn't of left happier.
I have been a client to Verdant Dental situated on Keilor rd. Niddrie for many years now. You are always greeted with the upmost professionalism by Tanina at concierge. The dentist team lead by Tim are amazing and sensitive to your personal needs and expectations. Bravo Tim , Bravo Tanina, Bravo Team.
Dr Tim Wenas was wonderful! I was a visitor to Melbourne for a few weeks. I had just retrieved a large gold crown that had broken away from one of my molars - it left a gaping hole. I was ringing around for an emergency dental appointment and Dr Wenas took pity on me and fitted me into his busy schedule that very afternoon. He talked me through the problem and decided to re-cement the crown after an x-ray and after filing away at the inside of the crown. He was professional, friendly and considerate. The crown is back now as if it never got separated and all is good after 3 days of eating and could last for another year or another 10 years. Thank you Dr Wenas!!
Fantastic. I had a panic attack because I hate gum injections but they were really nice and the dentist didn't hurt me at all, even the needle did not hurt and he did a great job. They also play kitten and puppy videos for patients to watch while getting their teeth fixed. Really impressed !!
I have been seeing Dr Tim Wenas for a few years now. I have always felt at ease and very comfortable with his Professional Technique. The entire practice is welcoming and professional and I have no hesitations recommending Verdent Dental Clinic for your dental treatment.
This was my first visit to Verdant Dental and I found Dr Tim Wenas to be a very thorough and professional dentist. My treatment was clearly explained and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The receptionist, Tanina, was also very easy to deal with. Overall a great experience.
Very pleasant appointment I had with Dr Tim Wenas, he has a calm present about him and made me feel at ease almost immediately especially if you’re abit anxious like me he was methodical with outlining what work I needed and the steps we need to take in order to get the teeth I desire. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks!
I saw Dr Tim Wenas for a check up and a couple of concerns. He was so thorough in his explanations and really took his time to understand my teeth and find fixes for any problems. He made my visit very enjoyable he is very talkative and funny and normally I don’t like going to the dentist. I also found the pricing to be very fair and did not feel overcharged like I had before in the past with dentists. I highly recommend him and this clinic :
