Rudest receptionist ever! As I'm waiting in line to book an appointment I helped myself to some water from the water dispenser and was asked what I think I was doing by an old blonde woman. I immediately took offence to this as I assumed the water was for dental patients/people who have business with the establishment and replied saying that I needed some water. The woman then (having assumed I was just someone off the street) proceeded to degrade and humiliate me by aggressively saying that I had not asked to have any water and that I can't just help myself. At this stage I was so bewildered by the blatant disrespect that I ask her if she owned the water, she then told me they pay for the water and said I was so rude for having filled up my drink bottle. To her only credit she did say if I had asked they would have allowed me to drink the water, but when has anyone (whether it's at a doctors office, dentist or any other waiting room) had to get permission for a drink of water?! Her assuming, controlling attitude made me walk right out without even enquiring about a potential appointment! I hope in the future they hire someone with more tact and people skills and fire that disgusting human being.
