Unbelivable!
Veolia collects our bin twice a week for our shop. but they regularly forget to empty our bin. There is around 7 non collection we had and I have sent so many emails and calls so far to complain. This is like almost every month. when I sent an email this time what they said was they collected bin. Had same issue last time and I had to send a picture to make them believed after having long arguement with them. I never heard apology so far. Last time I had to pay for what I haven't got service because I got no prove like a photo.
Be cautious with veolia. Especially geelong area.
you better have to check every single time if they collected bin or not. Or get other company.
