AGS Environmental Services is a Melbourne based consultancy providing asbestos, groundwater and soil assessment services.

Story

During the acquisition, development, management and divestment of sites, all stakeholders experience potential uncertainty, financial risk and liability with respect to the health risks associated with each site. AGS Environmental Services can help clients from a variety of industries and government to mitigate and manage environmental risk by providing the following services:

• Soil assessments; off-site disposal classifications, due diligence assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, soil gas assessments, landfill gas assessments, soil remediation;

• Groundwater assessments; groundwater contamination assessment, groundwater remediation, groundwater contaminant fate and transport modelling; and

• Asbestos; Division 6 hazardous materials audits, asbestos air monitoring, design and supervision of asbestos remediation in soils.

Our small size allows us to mobilise and complete projects quickly and efficiently, yet maintain quality of service. We specialise in servicing property developers, building companies, architects and project managers, asbestos removalists, local councils and individuals. AGS seeks to characterise and subsequently minimise clients above and below ground risk through innovative assessment and remediation services.

The AGS directors have a combined 20 years experience in the industry, working a range of projects across Australia which have been completed to a high standard in a timely and cost effective manner.
